In addition to the great evidence based techniques currently used such as
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Trauma Informed Therapy Practices. We are including Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (RO DBT) and Somatic Practices such as Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT, tapping) and yoga to the toolbox to continue providing a range of quality interventions to meet the needs of our patients.
