The Mission of Synergy Counseling Services, LLC  is to provide affordable, personalized, evidence based behavioral health and substance abuse counseling to improve the quality of life to adults struggling in our community.

I am a dedicated, experienced Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and Certified Advanced Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CAADC) who enjoys working with our patients to maintain and improve their emotional well being. I believe in working alongside patients providing comprehensive, evidence based services to patients in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

I started this practice in 2014 to offer behavioral health and substance abuse therapy to adults, couples, and groups. I have worked in substance abuse treatment and community mental health settings for 20 years. I have a strong background in  Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), substance abuse treatment, and working with trauma using various evidence based models. I also have experience helping couples with communication and relationship enhancement skills. Finally, I have a background in providing group and individual therapy focusing on Anxiety, Depression,  Borderline Personality Disorder, Addiction, Anger, Relationships, Trauma, and Self Esteem issues.
