Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Trauma Informed Therapy Practices.  We are including Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (RO DBT) and Somatic Practices such as Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT, tapping) to the toolbox to continue providing a range of quality interventions to meet the needs of our patients.
